Once the speeches wrap up in the Main Threshing Barn, the partitions open up to reveal the Long Barn, where your evening reception is already set up, lit, and waiting. There is zero downtime, no moving furniture, and the party atmosphere arrives immediately.

Having played at Winkworth Farm many times, we know the acoustics, layout, and lighting sweet spots of the Long Barn inside out. The space features exposed stonework on one side, crisp white vaulted ceiling beams strung with warm fairy lights, a smooth dark wood dance floor, and bi-fold doors that open out onto the courtyard.

Bespoke DJ Booths & Moving Head Podiums: Our white love-heart facade booth (or starlit booth) sits neatly at the far end of the wooden dance floor, flanked by lit podiums with moving head fixtures that project custom patterns across the timber floor and vaulted ceiling.
Stonework Uplighting: The exposed Cotswold stone wall in the Long Barn is made for LED uplighting. By placing wireless uplighters along the base of the stone, we wash the texture in warm amber during your first dance before switching to vibrant, colour-synced party lighting once the floor fills up.
Vintage Tripod Selfie Pod & Photo Booth: The tiled area just off the edge of the wooden dance floor is the ideal spot for our wooden tripod photo booth. It sits right in the action without encroaching on dancing space, complete with our starlit backdrop, prop stand, instant prints, QR code digital sharing, and a dedicated guestbook station.
